Victor Smith

After graduating from Delone Catholic High School in 1983, Victor attended the Electronics Institute of Harrisburg (PA) and then entered an electrical apprenticeship program in Maryland.

After completing his apprenticeship and education in 1985, he began his career as a mechanic and was quickly promoted to a Project Foreman position.  His work ethics and can-do attitude gained him increasing responsibilities - including oversight and management on such projects as water treatment plants, lift stations, department stores, public storage facilities and dialysis centers.    Shortly after relocating to southern Florida in 1998 Victor became a Field Superintendent, and in 2008 he brought his vast experience and knowledge to Davco Electrical Contractors.  As a Superintendent here with Davco he has been responsible for many projects including schools and country clubs, and his most recent achievements have been in the civil and commercial fields - such as the Airport Fire and Rescue Facility at Southwest International Airport and the Red Sox Spring Training Facility sports lighting project.  Victor currently possesses several security clearance badges including a Palm  Beach County School District security clearance badge and Southwest International Airport Airside security clearance badge.

He currently resides on the west coast of Florida and continues to produce outstanding results as a General Superintendent here at Davco Electrical Contractors.
