Russell White

A licensed electrician since 1974, Russell entered the electrical industry in 1970 as an apprentice. With his first sports lighting installation for the City of West Palm Beach in 1973, Russell recognized the specialization of these projects and has dedicated his career to this distinctive arena.

For over forty years, rising from field apprentice to Senior Project Manager, Russell has utilized his exceptional and in-depth knowledge to supervise up to 20 active projects and a dedicated team of over 60 professionals simultaneously.

Directly involved with the contract negotiations, cost analysis and benefits, design and site utilization, scheduling and logistical planning, Russell has completed over 600 sports lighting system installations in athletic venues and recreational parks throughout the State of Florida.

Recognized for his considerable expertise in the sports lighting discipline, Russell is often approached by electrical engineers, specifiers and architectural firms soliciting his advice and input regarding the viability of their designs, the logistics and budgets relative to the feasibility and the realistic expectations of a specific project.

Russell has provided valuable insight to architects, engineers and to our clients, into other issues involved in the sport and recreational installations, including user-friendly sound systems and scorekeeper controls. He has designed numerous power requirement systems for ultimate optimizing of safety and value, saving both time and money in the project construction phase.

Assembling a highly qualified and effective team, Russell has elevated the Sports Lighting and Civil Division to the premier position of being the recognized leader in its field.
