Alice Harsh

Alice joined Davco Electrical Contractors Corp., in November, 2006 as a Project Manager Assistant for the Commercial Division. In August 2010, Davco gained the Street Light Maintenance contract from a utility company, covering all of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, and in April 2011, Alice was promoted to Division Manager of Utility Contracts. In 2013, Davco Gained the Street Light Maintenance Contracts for Broward County, Brevard County and Central Florida areas. In the Summer of 2013, Davco gained the utiliy URD Contracts for Treasure Coast, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Dade County. Alice oversees the Administrative/Management duties for those contracts and the employees.

Alice is responsible for a wide range of management duties, including implementing operational and/or fiscal policies; compiling and interpreting data for the operating of division programs, and executing the policies and procedures for the division. She manages all daily activity, scheduling, reporting, and management of the division consisting of approximately 65 employees.

Alice acquired her substantial experience in executive management and administration working for a small appliance manufacturer as an Account Coordinator, where for over six years she managed the accounts of multiple Fortune 500 wholesale customers. Responsible for budget and sales forecasts, cost analysis, reporting, placing and tracking international production lines and orders, and coordinating new product development.

After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Bentley University, in Waltham, Massachusetts, Alice worked as a Key Account Service Representative for a large warehouse trading company specializing in business to business accounts.


With her formal education and substantial field experience in management, including extensive administrative and customer service skills, Alice is a significant asset to the Davco Team.
